Hot Chocolate on a Stick

Whether you decide to give this as a gift or enjoy it yourself, you can't go wrong with this chocolate treat! Mix with half a cup of hot milk for an instant hot chocolate drink.
Makes 16
500 grams chopped
unsweetened baking chocolate
200 grams semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 /2 cup whipping cream
1 (300-ml) can condensed milk
1 Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving a 2-inch overhang on two sides.
2 In a bowl, combine baking chocolate and chocolate chips; set aside.
3 In a saucepan, combine whipping cream can condensed milk. Bring mixture to a boil while continuously mixing with a spatula. Pour milk mixture over chocolate. Stir until mixture is well combined and chocolate has fully melted.
4 Pour into prepared pan and chill in the refrigerator overnight. The next day, lift out chocolate using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into 2-inch squares. Insert a popsicle stick in the center of each square. Place in a sealed container and refrigerate until ready to use.
